Basescu: Romanian troops to stay in Iraq until 2011
The missions beside NATO will be negotiated until the end of this year.
The President Traian Basescu said yesterday, during a video-conference organized at the Cortroceni Palace with the Romanian troops attending missions in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Balkans, that Romania will continue its mission in Iraq.
